Terms of Service
Last updated: April 3, 2026
By using Wireframe AI (website and Figma plugin), you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The service
We provide software tools to help you create wireframes in Figma. Features may change, be added, or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, scrape or attack our systems, reverse engineer except where law permits, or generate harmful or illegal content. You are responsible for your prompts and outputs.
Third parties
Figma, cloud hosts, and AI providers are third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for outages or actions outside our control.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if free).
Termination
We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we stop offering the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we designate for Wireframe AI’s legal entity, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
